IGNOU University has recently announced the December 2025 Term End Examination (TEE) results and has now updated the grade cards. On the grade cards, students can check their assignment marks, theory marks, practical marks, and overall result status (Completed / Incomplete). Therefore, students who wish to check their subject-wise marks, assignment scores, or overall results are advised to follow the steps provided below:

How To View The Grade Card Status 2026

  • Step 1: Go to the Grade Card Site. To check the IGNOU Grade Card Status 2026, IGNOU students have to visit the official Grade Card Portal (https://gradecard.ignou.ac.in/gradecard/).
  • Step 2: Choose Your IGNOU Program Once the IGNOU students open the Grade Card site, they need to select their program category (e.g., CBCS, BA, or PG) from the first box.
  • Step 3: Enter Program Code. In the second box, IGNOU students need to select or type their specific Program Code (e.g., BAG, BCOMG, MEG, etc.).
  • Step 4: Type Your Unique Roll No. In the third and final box, IGNOU students need to type their Roll Number and tap on the search button. After following this process, students Grade Card status will be shown.

Completed and Not Completed Status meaning?

As soon as students check their grade card status, they will see either a “Completed” or “Not Completed” status.

  • Completed: This means the student has passed all the components of the course, such as Theory papers, Assignments, and Projects (if applicable). In this case, students do not need to follow any further process for that subject.
  • Not Completed: This means the student has failed in one or more components (either Theory papers, Assignments, or Projects). Such students will have to appear for and pass the failed components in the next Term End Examination (TEE).
